SERVICES PROVIDED

BR Twins General Contracting provides general contracting and construction-related services. All services are subject to availability and project-specific agreements.

PRICING

All pricing is determined based on the scope, materials, labor, and complexity of each project. Pricing is negotiated on a per-project basis and provided in written estimates or proposals.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, payments may be structured as deposits, milestone payments, or full payment upon completion. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

LATE PAYMENTS

Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest as permitted by law. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services or legal action.

CANCELLATIONS

Clients may cancel services prior to the start of a project. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work completed and materials purchased.

REFUNDS

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once services have been performed or materials have been purchased, refunds may not be available.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely decisions, and access to project sites as required to complete the work.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BR Twins General Contracting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
